Digital products

PromptBefore products are digital files. Once you have accessed or downloaded a product, a technical refund is not straightforward, you have the file. We understand that, and we are not going to pretend otherwise or use it as a default excuse.

In practice, this is what our policy looks like:

When we will make it right

Technical problems. If there was a problem with your purchase, you were charged but did not receive access, the file is corrupted, or there was a duplicate charge, contact us and we will fix it or issue a refund without friction.

Significant misrepresentation. If the product was materially different from how it was described on this site, contact us. We take that seriously and will evaluate it honestly.

You have not downloaded it yet. If you purchased and have not accessed the file, contact us and we can issue a refund.

What we cannot accommodate

We are not in a position to offer refunds on a no-questions-asked basis for digital products that have been downloaded and accessed. If you changed your mind after reading, that is hard to accommodate, but if you have a genuine concern, reach out and explain the situation. We will respond like a real business, not a policy document.

Platform purchases

If you purchased through Gumroad or Payhip, those platforms have their own dispute and refund processes and may be able to handle straightforward requests directly. We honor reasonable requests that reach us through either channel.
